Buenos Aires City Tour

During these amazing highlights of Buenos Aires, you will visit all the must-sees with a local expert. Your guide will show you the special things that make this city unique: its architecture, its people, and its customs. You will have the opportunity to visit La Boca, the legendary tango and football neighborhood, Recoleta, with the French-influenced palaces, San Telmo, with colonial streets and preserved buildings, and Puerto Madero, the most modern district of the city.

National Park Tierra del Fuego

In this half-day tour, you will learn about the local ecosystem, the geography of the area, and its interesting history, while enjoying the beauty of the landscapes, with perfect photo opportunities at some of the major attractions. You will explore the unspoiled landscapes of Tierra del Fuego and discover the hidden beauties of this unique place. Created in 1960 to protect the southernmost forests of the Beagle Channel, the National Park covers an area of 69,000 hectares, combining marine, wooded and mountainous environments.

4x4 and Canoeing Adventure

Start the excursion with a high-adrenaline adventure in 4×4 vehicles! In this fun expedition, you will discover the stunning Patagonian landscape, passing huge paths of mud and water reaching the imposing coast of Lake Fagnano. As you enter the forest, the 4x4’s will be left behind to hike through an exclusive zone, reaching a warm and comfortable shelter at the shores of Lago Escondido (Hidden Lake). At that point, a team is waiting for you with an Argentinean barbecue, accompanied with Malbec wine. After a delicious lunch, you will have time to rest, and then start with the final part of the tour: the canoe adventure to explore the lake!

Crab Fishing Tour

Live an unforgettable journey catching your own King Crab and cooking it in the Beagle Channel, all while learning the culinary secrets to make it in a Patagonian style! Puerto Almanza is a small fishermen village where nearly everyone is dedicated to specialized fishing, catching crab, mussels, and other typical mollusks of this area. A local family will receive you and invite you to board their boat, hoping to get some crabs. When you return to shore, the owners of the house teach you how to prepare this famous dish boiled in salty seawater, and then enjoyed with some craft beer.

Perito Moreno Glacier

This Perito Moreno Glacier experience is a wonderful opportunity to explore and experience one of Argentina’s top attractions. This excursion allows you to spend the time you want to visit this incredible place, with several stops in viewpoints within the National Park and a visit to the runways, scenic spot peak. They are at different levels and let you contemplate the glacier from different angles and balconies. According to your fitness, you can reach the lower balcony and stay close to the glacier or get to the first balcony easily accessible for anyone.

Base Torres Trek

This is one of the most iconic routes in Torres del Paine National Park forming an essential segment of the “W” circuit. This demanding excursion deserves all of its famed reputation, for the level of difficulty as well as for the unforgettable view that it offers - if the weather permits. The trail is located in the eastern part of the National Park in the Ascencio Valley, a natural gateway, where the intense and progressive trek begins for a hike that is full of great lookout points to view the rivers, streams, and sides of the mountains. At the top, you will appreciate the magnitude of the granite towers and the lagoon at our feet. 

Grey Lake Soft Walk 

In this tour, you will discover the “Grey Lake” with its deep grey waters at more than five hundred meters of depth. The experience begins with a walk crossing the suspension bridge over the Pingo River and continue through a forest until the lakeshore. Once there, you will enjoy a soft walk along the beach to see the glacier and the icebergs that come off it. This is a half-day excursion that will give you time to enjoy the rest of the day at your All-Inclusive hotel.

French Valley Trek

The French Valley is one of the three principal attractions of the “W" circuit, and it is one of the most striking trails in the National Park. Start the adventure crossing the Pehoé Lake by catamaran to the Paine Grande refuge where the trek starts. Enter the Francés Valley through a forest, cross the suspension bridge over the Francés River and continue to the Italian Camp. From there, admire the glacier and the granite peaks that frame the area.

Estepa Patagónica Overland

Explore the real Estepa Patagonica on an overland excursion through the eastern sector of the park combining stretches in a van with short walks. This sector is mainly characterized by the presence of animals such as guanacos, and flamencos, as well as its extensive pampas, typical of the Patagonian steppe. First, visit the Nordenskjöld Lake viewpoint and the Paine Grande waterfall, then travel by van to the Los Cisnes Lagoon and finally to the Amarga Lagoon.

WEATHER IN ARGENTINA & PATAGONIA

Argentina is located in the Southern Hemisphere, with winter lasting from June to September and summer from December to March. Given the immense size of the country, the weather varies hugely from one region to another: subtropical climate in the north, temperate and humid climate in the center, and cold and windy climate in the south (Patagonia).

North Argentina

Iguazú Falls: this region is hot and humid year-round, with regular rainfall. The average annual temperature is around 75º F.

Salta: this region has dry winters and warm-hot summers. The average annual temperature is around 67º F.

Central Argentina

Buenos Aires: characterized by a moderate climate with hot-humid summers and cool-dry winters.

Mendoza: this region is dry year-round, moderately warm during summers and cold in winters, with minimal rain.

South Argentina

Patagonia: famous for its temperament: summer and winter can be experienced sometimes in one day, with not only extremes in temperatures – ranging from 34°F (1°C) to 66°F (19°C) – but also in day-to-day sunshine, wind, rain, and occasionally even snow, sometimes even in the same afternoon.
